About
Meet the creator, Tim Collins
Tim created Champagne Music in 2022 after completing a degree in Music Performance from Canada’s top music program at Humber College. He has helped to plan over 100 weddings and events, and serves as head planner and coordinator.
The Champagne Music roster of musicians is made up of his best friends from his days at Humber and the years following his graduation. It’s a family of musicians and DJs that loves each other and wants the best for each event they perform at.
Tim’s musical experience includes performing on board international cruise ships, at weddings and events, and at music venues in Toronto.
Tim also composes original Folk Rock music under the name Ellis Collins! He loves to play golf, read nonfiction, and cook delicious meals on the BBQ!

As a group, we stand for honouring the celebrations that matter to our community: the incredible, diverse, musical city of Toronto. Every time we help plan, prepare for, and execute an event for our clients, we work hard to make sure every detail is looked after. We believe in love, joy, and respect for each other- within the Champagne Music network, and beyond ourselves.
